UPDATE - MARCH 9, 2009

After (i) the Florida Bar Staff approved the "Litigate Like A Hurricane" course for Three (3) CLE credits and (ii) I emailed 65,000 members of the Florida Bar an offer to obtain those credits free, the Florida Bar Board of Specialized Legal Education revoked those credits without affording me either notice or an opportunity to be heard.   A copy of that revocation letter is available here.

Your Florida Bar at work . . .

I apologize to all those who have already watched or downloaded the course.  You are still free to take the course, but the Florida Bar won't give you credits not because the course is without merit, it was approved twice before, but they, as George Orwell predicted, are controlling your access to information.

To now get the course: read the following material, listen to the following audio program and watch the following video presentation:

(i) Download the zipped power point presentation which acts as an outline for the CLE course on "Litigate Like A Hurricane" – Expedited Writs and Appellate Practice in Florida & Federal Courts;

(ii) Download Florida and federal forms for trial, appellate and Supreme Court expedited practice in one Adobe PDF file or those same forms in a zipped WordPerfect 10 file;

(iii) Download and listen to four zipped audio files as supplemental material.  Alternatively, you can listen to the files on-line; and

(iv) Download and watch four zipped audio/visual files of the actual course which is 90 minutes long and follows the outline of the power-point presentation.  Alternatively, you can watch these four files on-line.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns.

Yours,
