I am not presently available for consultation with non-lawyers on forfeiture and forfeiture related legal questions as I was suspended  in 2008 for three (3) years from the practice of law for allegedly not paying child support in 2002 and filing "meritless" law suits to regain custody of my minor children.

The issues involved with this suspension are still being litigated and are far from over.  I will not try to distill a decade of legal battles over my suspension into a few pithy sound bites.  If you are truly curious, you can read my ninety-five (95) page brief to the United States Supreme Court which details the factual and legal issues involved in my suspension.

Nonetheless, I regularly counsel attorneys n their forfeiture cases and have been successful in increasing the settlement value through the raising of appellate issues the government doesn't want litigated.
